...the Lake Caldaro
In our cosy flat overlooking the Lake Caldaro you can really enjoy your holidays all year round. Directly from our house you can walk to the shore of the lake in about 15 minutes or hike over the famous Rastenbachklamm gorge on the Peace Trail to Castelvecchio. Our house is an ideal starting point for numerous bike and hiking tours at any time of the year.

Flat Seenah
Our flat has a size of approx. 90 sqm, has two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms with WC, shower and one of them with bathtub (whirlpool function) as well as a terrace.
Equipment: Bed linen, dish towels, crockery, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hoover, coffee machine, washing machine, WLAN, child seat, heating, drinking water, gas, electricity, barbecue, hairdryer, cot (up to approx. 3 years), uncovered car parking space.
Listening to the cheerful chirping of birds, you can start the day in a good mood with a delicious breakfast on the sun terrace.

The choice of sporting activities around Lake Caldaro is vast and ranges from a wide variety of water sports such as swimming, surfing, pedal boats, stand-up paddling, diving, sailing boats and ice-skating, to climbing. The high ropes course in Caldaro is the largest, safest and most exciting adventure park in South Tyrol.
Hikers can explore nature on countless hiking trails around Caldaro.
The local mountain of Kaltern, the Mendel, can be reached hiking, by bike, by car or with the longest and steepest cable car in Europe.
The Mendola cable car covers a height difference of 850 m with a gradient of 64% in 12 minutes.
E-bike holidays – to experience nature on 2 wheels. Enjoy the beautiful Oltradige area and surroundings on an e-bike.
